Transland Group first originated in the 1980’s and founded by Kevin Honiss.
Over the years the company has grown significantly and built many commercial/retail and residential developments in the Auckland and Waikato regions.
Our Residential developments are built with the Urban design philosophy in mind – designing and shaping cities and towns!
With the commercial & retail developments we pride ourselves on the design & structure specific for the location.
We currently have retail buildings under construction in the Waikato with our latest being The Wayward Pigeon in Hamilton, one of Hamilton’s largest Bars/Restaurants and a very successful project for The Transland Group – the design and finish of this building is of highest quality.
